Located in the village of Margaretville and situated atop the Binnekill Stream, Binnekill Tavern is the quintessential mountain tavern. Originally The Binnekill Square, a local favorite focused on Swiss-German cuisine was re-opened as the Tavern in 2018 by partners Bryan Calvert, Philip Farinacci and Peter Botros.

Monday Schnitzel Night

Every Monday night from 4:00 to 9:00, we celebrate the origins of Binnekill and the local community with schnitzel night. Each week there are unique schnitzel offerings including chicken, pork, fish and a variety of other specialties.
